Intensive Driving Courses in Manchester

Concentrated hours built around your current ability, your availability and your test date — with an honest assessment before you commit.

Overview

Fast, but never rushed

An intensive course compresses your learning into a shorter period. Done well, that is a genuine advantage: skills stay fresh between sessions and you spend less time re-learning what you covered a fortnight ago.

Done badly, it is an expensive way to arrive at a test unprepared. That is why every intensive course here starts with an assessment lesson. We look at what you can already do, then build a plan around the gap between that and test standard.

If the honest answer is that you need more hours than you hoped, we will say so before you pay. And if a standard weekly lesson would genuinely suit you better, we will tell you that too.

FAQ

Questions, Answered.

If your question is not here, ask us directly — we would rather explain it properly than leave you guessing.

Do you offer intensive driving courses?

Yes. Intensive courses concentrate your hours over a shorter period and are built around your current ability, your availability and your test date. We start with an assessment so the plan is realistic rather than generic.

How many lessons will I need?

It genuinely varies. The DVSA suggests that many learners need a substantial number of professional hours plus private practice, but the right number depends on how often you drive, how quickly you build confidence and whether you have any prior experience. Your instructor will give you an honest view after your first few lessons and update it as you progress.

How do I book my practical test?

Practical tests are booked through the official GOV.UK service using your provisional licence and theory test pass certificate. Speak to your instructor before booking so you choose a date that matches your progress, and check car availability with us if you plan to use ours.

How much are driving lessons?

Our current hourly rate and block-booking prices are listed on the pricing page. Block bookings work out cheaper per hour than paying lesson by lesson. If you would like a quote for a specific number of hours, send us a message and we will confirm the cost before you book anything.
